'American Idol' Season 11 Announces 2012 Tour Dates

The top 10 contestants will start the upcoming roadshow on July 6 in Detroit and conclude it on September 11 in Milwaukee.

AceShowbiz - Soon after Ryan Seacrest confirmed 2012 "American Idol" tour on the April 26 result show, a bunch of dates booked for the upcoming roadshow were revealed. Featuring top 10 contestants on the eleventh season, the tour is going to kick off July 6 at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit.

Colton Dixon, DeAndre Brackensick, Elise Testone, Erika Van Pelt, Heejun Han, Hollie Cavanagh, Jessica Sanchez, Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips and Skylar Laine will stay on the road until September 11 when they wrap it up at Bradley Center in Milwaukee. All tickets will go on sale starting May 11.

"We are truly excited to bring our contestants on tour across America directly to our fans' hometowns."
