was forced to call off his live concert in Denver, Colorado because he was sick. "We are sad to announce the cancellation of the Nick Jonas and The Administration concert for this evening in Denver, CO. Nick is not feeling well and at his doctors direction he should not perform," his management announced.

Nick himself wrote on his Twitter, "I'm so sorry to bring you bad news, but this morning I woke up feeling sick and went straight to the doctor to get checked out." He added, "Unfortunately he recommended that I don't sing tonight and that I get as much rest as I can."

"I'm really bummed to have to cancel tonight's show, but I know I'll be feeling better in a couple of days and I'll be back out there performing the best I can. I want to thank you all for your prayers and kind words. And I look forward to getting back to Denver and playing again here soon."

His management team promise to do everything they can to re-schedule the gig. In the meantime, refunds are available at the point of purchase.

The scrapped concert was supposed to be held at the Paramount Theatre on January 23. It's part of Nick's traveling show with his side project The Administration to support their forthcoming debut album "Who I Am" which is due for February 2 U.S. release.

Nick Jonas is being scheduled to perform in at least fourteen concerts across North America with his next stops including Los Angeles and Berkeley. Prior to touring with The Administration, the youngest member of the hit the road with brothers and for their first world tour.

In fact, Nick Jonas is not the only musician who dropped his concert because of feeling unwell. Earlier this month, also scrapped several concerts from her Monster Ball tour due to having trouble in breathing as a result of exhaustion and dehydration.
