"Bad Santa 2" is an upcoming American Christmas comedy film directed by Mark Waters and written by Johnny Rosenthal and Shauna Cross. It is a sequel to the 2003 film "Bad Santa" and stars Billy Bob Thornton, Tony Cox, Brett Kelly, and Kathy Bates. The film follows Willie Soke (Thornton), a con man and professional thief, who is released from prison and reluctantly teams up with his former partner, Marcus Skidmore (Cox), to rob a Chicago charity during the holiday season. However, Willie's plans are complicated by the arrival of Thurman Merman (Kelly), a precocious 10-year-old boy who idolizes Willie and wants to learn his trade.
