After Alan convinces Walden to get back in shape, Walden realizes that he must tell Kate the truth. He flies to New York with Alan and they head to Kate's fashion show where he introduces himself to her as Walden. Angry and upset, Kate storms away but later calls Walden to forgive him as she realizes he must have loved her if he was willing to fund her fashion show. Kate tells him she is staying in New York to continue with her burgeoning career and needs time to process the truth about Walden. Meanwhile, Alan expresses his enthusiasm for musical theatre in a song-and-dance number and is tempted by the models at the fashion show.
