Three Rivers Episode 1.07 The Luckiest Man

­The victim of a car crash, who happens to have ALS, is rushed into Three Rivers. He decides to end his own life when he learns his condition has been exacerbated from the accident. Andy and the team debate the consequences of this act. This ALS victim, Victor (played by Mandy Patinkin), decides he wants to donate his heart to Kuol. Other patients waiting for organ donations get wind of this news, and start to approach him for live donations. He is actually okay with this because he feels like he is finally in control of his destiny and can actually do something good for others. Andy struggles with this choice since he always believes that saving the patient's life is the most important thing to do. Victor's daughter struggles with her father's choice since she only closer to him in the past few years.­
