Synopsis

When Adam and Jennifer find out the owner of their rented apartment is interested in selling, they consider buying it. Jeff and Audrey offer to write a letter of recommendation to the co-op board, but before they can deliver it, Jeff has an unfortunate run in with the president of the board's son. Meanwhile, Russell deals with a former lover he scorned and who now works at the diner.
