Rita (Nicole Sullivan), an overworked wife and mother is in the middle of a full blown identity crisis. After a meltdown with her husband, Jay (Richard Ruccolo), Rita's antidote is to carve out a couple hours a week for herself. In her first endeavor, she entices her postal carrier, Patty (Tisha Campbell-Martin), and unemployed neighbor, Owen (Ian Gomez), to join her in her garage for weekly jam sessions.
