WAR. WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR? -- When a highly confrontational peace activist is found strangled to death, Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) investigate the homicide, discovering that in his final hours the victim was involved in several verbal disputes with police and a local armed forces veteran - Dan Silva (guest star TBD). However, when their investigation uncovers a previous confrontation between the victim and Silva, the detectives believe the homicide to be linked to the veteran's hatred over the victim's beliefs, which he felt were anti-American.
