Synopsis

"THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT'S" MICHAEL C. WILLIAMS GUEST-STARS -- Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) search for a missing baby between two young separated parents (Tessa Ghylin; Michael C. Williams, "The Blair Witch Project"), each of whom says the other has the baby -- until police make a grim discovery in a backyard. When the tot is unearthed and determined to have expired due to chronic starvation, Deputy D.A. Carmichael (Angie Harmon) is determined to prosecute the mother, the child's primary caregiver, instead of the father.
