Jane By Design Episode 1.11 The Replacement

Since India's departure at Donovan Decker, Gray has had a difficult time keeping the position filled. After she fires India's latest replacement, Jane thinks she's may be up for the job! While weighing the implications that would bring, she's also forced to deal with a tense relationship with best friend, Billy, who just got back from a youth detention facility.

Jane does not end up getting India's job. Instead, Gray hires Eli, a new cutie, who also happens to be Gray's nephew. Gray warns the group that they have an important new client, Harrods, who they must impress. Imagine everyone's surprise when the representative from Harrods arrives at Donovan Decker - and it's India!

Meanwhile, Nick and Lulu are an item -- as are Rita and Ben.
