Continuation of the same case that everyone was working on in the prior episode. Eli is trying to talk to Maggie about them sleeping together in the previous episode. Maggie is very hurt because she can sense Eli's fear and hesitation. That's also when we see Maggie start to spend a lot of time with Paul, played by Kerr Smith. Paul is the guy who works at the law firm. Eli starts having visions of Rome. In the visions, Maggie is the girl everyone is fighting for. In one vision, Eli is too late to get to Maggie, Paul gets there first. Eli is crushed by his vision. In real life, Eli runs to meet up with Maggie at the firm, while carrying flowers for her. BUT he shows up too late. He sees Paul giving Maggie a ride in his car.
