With Zeke and Jammer held at gunpoint by the local warlord's son, Vanessa attempts to talk him out of shooting the two men. The warlord enters, and decides that the conflict will be resolved by Zeke and his son fighting to the death. The two men go head-to-head in the street, and Zeke, despite Vanessa's instructions to let the son win, can't help but fight back. When he knocks the son out cold, the father decides he'll kill them all. Jammer steps into the ring and decks Zeke, hoping to buy them some time.

As they fly over Geneva, Walter splashes some water on his face and enters the cockpit, feigning "complications" from his earlier surgery. The pilot advises him to speak to the flight medic, as he's under executive order to get Walter back to D.C. without any detours. Undeterred, Walter takes Kendra's cranberry juice into the cockpit, pretending to be pissing blood. After they land in Switzerland, Walter wrangles his way out of going to the hospital and instead heads to the hotel where he suspects Haroon Raja is staying.

After Alex remembers a secret tunnel he used to get weed to a "friend" in the Chinese embassy, he leads Rafiq underground to make an escape plan for the refugee girls. After Alex plies his contact with a joint, the man agrees to talk to his ambassador on their behalf. Once they receive confirmation, Alex, Rafiq and Fareeda round up the girls and plan to sneak them to safety at the Massoud family cabin, where their parents will be waiting for them.

Zeke and Jammer continue to "fight", seizing the opportunity to grab a weapon. But before they can act, a group of men - appearing to be the Taliban - barrel in and break up the crowd. However, the men turn out to be INTERPOL agents who've been working with Martin behind Vanessa's back to negotiate their surrender. She threatens to shoot Jammer in the head should they try to arrest her, but Martin crawls into the street, shoots his wife in the leg, and demands they be taken to the hospital.

At the Swiss hotel, Walter charms the desk clerk into telling him where Haroon Raja is staying. He confronts Raja upstairs, and after a brief tussle, Walter convinces Raja to overthrow his brother in exchange for the glory of rescuing the girls from the U.S. Embassy. Back aboard his plane, Walter calls Alex and reams him out for offering Raja a nuclear sub and nearly destroying his plan, then goes on to explain that Alex must keep the girls at the embassy. When Alex relays the plans to Rafiq and Fareeda, they refuse to allow the girls to become pawns in what they feel is a self-serving plan. Knowing it's for the greater good, Alex pulls a fire alarm, destroying their plans of escape.

Raja arrives at Zaman's compound and the two sit down for a meal. Zaman asks his brother to tell him how his meeting with Walter went, then calls his guards to take Raja away. Raja stands to leave with them, but on his order, the guards turn their guns on Zaman, and Raja announces that he is the new president of Pakistan. The guards lead Zaman out of the compound and Raja texts Walter to tell him he's assumed control.

Meanwhile in the War Room, the president watches a video feed of the U.S. and Israel getting Zaman's compound in their sights to bomb it. Walter bursts in and announces that Zaman is no longer in power, but he's too late. He watches helplessly as the compound is blown up with only Raja inside.
