Synopsis

Grace befriends a bright, inquisitive young boy who becomes a frequent 9-1-1 caller, mostly with school-related questions, but she must step in when she discovers he may be in some real danger. Owen and the other colleagues defend each-other, interviewed after a rescue complaint from the formerly-estranged couple whose mobile home was hijacked by the husband ("The New Hot Mess"), assuming it's against Owen, but the target is Marjan, who is forced to make a challenging ethical decision.
