AceShowbiz - Kottonmouth Kings frontman Daddy X is recovering from emergency surgery after he was stabbed in the neck. According to TMZ.com, the rocker underwent an operation to repair the damage from a knife wound.
Although it is not yet known how the incident occurred, the website shows a picture of a sedated-looking Daddy X - real name Brad Xavier - in a surgery gown and attached to an intravenous drip. In a posted message to fans, he writes, "Surgery went well... no major arteries... thanks for the love and concern... got some pain meds (medications) and in recovery!!"
In a recent message he posted on his Facebook, the hip hop artist informs his fans that he has returned home. "Thanks for all the good thoughts and positive vibes..I am back home recovering from a surgery..No stress ,no worries..One love x," so he writes without explaining details surrounding the stabbing.
