Captain Latanya Brown has been questioned about report that he has been granting the star special privileges while he is serving behind bars in New York City.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Lil Wayne has landed a prison captain at his New York lock-up in trouble with authorities after he was allegedly given special treatment behind bars. The "Lollipop" hitmaker, real name Dwayne Carter, Jr., has been serving time at the tough Rikers Island prison since March, after pleading guilty to charges of gun possession.
But Captain Latanya Brown has reportedly been spending time with Wayne and granting the star criminal special privileges, allowing him to remain in his cell while other inmates have been ordered out to the recreation yard. Officials at the New York City Department of Correction have launched an investigation into the claims and Brown was recently questioned about the allegations, according to the New York Post.
Wayne is expected to walk free from prison on November 5 after serving eight months of his one-year sentence.
