Music

The rapper reveals that he has been trying to sharpen his vocal abilities for the upcoming release which will tell a lot about love story.

AceShowbiz - Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs has been taking secret singing lessons to prepare for his first record release with new group Diddy-Dirty Money. The Bad Boy Records boss has teamed with singer Kalenna Harper and former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard to form the new trio, which is set to debut its first album, Last Train to Paris, in September.

The rapper/producer displayed his vocal abilities on the band's single "Angels" in 2009 but he admits he's been quietly working on sharpening up his singing skills.

He says, "On this new album there's a love story and in this love story I'm expressing myself in different ways, and sometimes I'm singing. I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to have myself out there. I was going to take the proper lessons."
