After accusing the band of failing to pay a road toll and banning them from leaving the country, four civil servants responsible for the mix up have been sacked.

AceShowbiz - Four Romanian customs officials who left members of AC/DC and their crew stranded on a highway have been fired. The group was fined 2,500 Euros ($3,000) after they were accused of failing to pay a road toll and banned from leaving the country after a concert in Budapest on May 16.
Doina Tiron, spokeswoman for the firm responsible for Romania's roads, told the AFP, "The band's caravan was stopped at the border with Hungary by employees of the national roads company who asked them to pay 50 Euros for each vehicle or a total of 2,500 Euros, before they were allowed to leave the country."
The band's tour organizers paid up, allowing the stars to continue on their journey, but later filed a complaint with the highway authorities. And now, according to the Herald Sun newspaper, four civil servants responsible for the mix up have been sacked and a fifth official has been demoted over the incident.
