AceShowbiz - Country star Kenny Chesney has become Tennessee's latest palace owner after buying a Franklin-area five-bedroom home for $9.2 million. The singer's new bachelor pad sits on 30 acres in the upscale Grasswoods suburb, according to RealEstalker.com.
The Tuscan-style villa was designed by local architect Brad Norris. The state now boasts Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Sheryl Crow and Taylor Swift, who recently paid $1.9 million on a property in Nashville, among the superstars who call Tennessee home.
Personally, Kenny Chesney married to actress Renee Zellweger on May 9, 2005. They first met at a tsunami relief benefit concert. However, after only four months of marriage, the two announced their plan for an annulment with fraud as the reason. The annulment was finalized in late 2005. He was then romantically linked to former Miss Tennessee U.S.A. Amy Colley after being introduced by a friend. But on April 21, 2009, the couple split.
