AceShowbiz - Steven Spielberg's sci-fi classic A.I. Artificial Intelligence is coming to 4K Ultra HD for the first time, with a release set for December 15, 2026, in celebration of the film's 25th anniversary.
The new edition has been remastered from the original camera negative and approved by Spielberg, and will be presented in 4K Ultra HD with Dolby Vision. It will be packaged in a Limited Edition SteelBook.

The film was originally conceived by legendary filmmaker Stanley Kubrick and ultimately brought to the screen by Spielberg. Written and directed by Spielberg, it is based on Brian Aldiss' short story Supertoys Last All Summer Long.
A.I. Artificial Intelligence is a visionary sci-fi drama that explores the intersection of technology and humanity. Long before artificial intelligence became part of everyday life, the film examined what it means to be human in a world increasingly shaped by technology.

The film stars Haley Joel Osment, Jude Law, Frances O'Connor, Brendan Gleeson, and William Hurt.
Released in 2001, the film earned two Academy Awards nominations, for Best Visual Effects and Best Original Score, the latter composed by John Williams. It has since become recognized as one of Spielberg's most ambitious and thought-provoking works.
