AceShowbiz - Fall 2: Deadpoint, the sequel to the 2022 survival thriller Fall, arrived on Digital on October 6, with a Blu-ray, DVD and Digital release set to follow on November 17 from Lionsgate.
The follow-up introduces a new cast led by Harriet Slater, Arsema Thomas, Tom Brittney and Virginia Gardner, who returns from the original film. Slater is known for the series Outlander: Blood of My Blood, Thomas for Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, and Brittney for Grantchester.
The film was written by Jonathan Frank and Scott Mann, with The Spierig Brothers directing. The duo previously directed Predestination.
According to the official synopsis, the story follows two climbers who become trapped thousands of feet above the ground on a perilous climb across Thailand's Mount Kwan, where vertigo-inducing heights, sheer exposure and impossible odds turn every moment into a fight for survival.
The Digital release makes the film available to buy via Electronic Sell-Thru on participating digital platforms where movies are purchased, including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango, Google TV and YouTube. The Blu-ray, DVD and Digital combo pack will be priced at $39.99.
The home release includes two special features: Height Horror: Making Fall 2: Deadpoint and the theatrical trailer. The film runs 98 minutes and is rated PG-13 for strong language, some violent content and bloody images, and drug material. Subtitles are available in Spanish and English SDH.
