AceShowbiz - Ministry has released a dystopian new single titled Singularity, a timely track about artificial intelligence and robotic control that serves as the latest preview of the band's final album, Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery).

The single arrived on September 18, 2026, and the album is set for release on October 30 via Cleopatra Records. The song opens with a stark warning delivered by a cyborg: "Your time on this planet has passed … we are in control."

According to the band, the track was written as new fears about AI dooming humanity have come to the surface. Al Jourgensen and his collaborators crafted what they describe as a timely song for the apocalypse, with the music video depicting a robotic takeover unfolding on screen.

The video was directed by Ben Garcia of Rage4Order Designs in coordination with Jourgensen and Joshua Bradford, formerly of Revolting Cocks. The visual brings the song's themes of machine dominance to life.

Singularity follows earlier singles Burned Out and We Hate, both of which preceded the final album. Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery) marks the end of a 45-year career that helped shape an entire genre of music.

The album includes one final collaboration with legacy member Paul Barker on the closing track, We're Still Here. The record also features the work of current Ministry bandmates, including guitarists Monte Pittman and Cesar Soto, bassist Paul D'Amour, sampler and synth player John Bechdel, and drummer Pepe Clarke Magaña.

The full track list for Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery) is: "Crickets," "Voices of Hate," "Clown Car," "We Hate," "Delete," "Grifter," "The White Man Lied," "Singularity," "Burned Out," and "We're Still Here" featuring Barker. The song "The White Man Lied" does not appear on cassette or vinyl editions.

The album will be available in several formats, including vinyl, CD, cassette, and digital, along with multiple vinyl variants and box sets. The vinyl options include a Green & Black Splatter LP, a Silver & Black Splatter LP, and a Coke Bottle Green LP. Two box sets are also planned: one with a Green Splatter LP, Picture LP, 7-inch, and CD, and another with a Purple Marble LP, Picture LP, 7-inch, and CD.

Since forming in 1981, Ministry and Jourgensen have been recognized as pioneers of industrial music, with a history spanning 17 studio albums, 8 live releases, 8 side projects, multiple touring campaigns across 5 continents, an autobiography, and 2 documentaries.

Before the band bids farewell, Jourgensen has a few final things to say about the state of the world, those in charge, and how listeners should collectively move forward on the final album.

Ministry will bring tracks from Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery) and other classic hits on the road in 2027 with an international goodbye tour. The Goodbye Europe Tour with special guest Die Krupps begins in April 2027, followed by a full U.S. run that will be announced later. The European dates will feature exclusive meet and greet opportunities with Jourgensen, including a photo op, souvenir laminate pass, silk screen poster, and final European tour coin.

The European leg kicks off April 2, 2027, in Utrecht, Netherlands, at Ronda, and continues through cities including Saarbrücken, Brussels, Manchester, Dublin, Nottingham, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Lausanne, Munich, Vienna, Prague, Warsaw, Berlin, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Stockholm, before concluding May 1, 2027, in Helsinki, Finland, at House of Culture.

In the meantime, Ministry has a few final U.S. tour dates for 2026. The band played Louisville, Kentucky, at Louder Than Life on September 20, and is scheduled to perform at Chicago's Salt Shed on October 3 and at Sick New World Texas in Fort Worth on October 24.

The band will also head to Australia in December 2026 for the Good Things Festival, with performances in Melbourne on December 4, Sydney on December 5, and Brisbane on December 6. Newly announced side dates include December 8 at Liberty Hall in Sydney and December 10 at Hindley St Music Hall in Adelaide.
