AceShowbiz - Cardi B is once again involved in legal proceedings with blogger Tasha K after accusing her of repeatedly breaching a court settlement agreement. The rapper's legal team has filed documents requesting the judge impose sanctions on Tasha K for allegedly breaking a non-disclosure agreement tied to the blogger’s bankruptcy repayment plan.

According to the court filing, Cardi B claims that Tasha K has violated the agreement at least 25 times through online posts referencing the rapper, her family members, and individuals connected to her personal life. The filing describes this behavior as a “relentless course of conduct designed to target and harass [Cardi] and her family.” It also alleges that the posts were intentionally crafted to make it clear to Tasha K’s audience who was being discussed, even if Cardi B's name was not always mentioned directly.

This legal dispute follows a lengthy court battle that concluded with a multimillion-dollar judgment in favor of Cardi B after she successfully sued Tasha K for defamation. Despite that verdict, Cardi B alleges that Tasha K has continued to violate the settlement by posting repeatedly on social media and discussing her former husband, Offset, as well as her ex-partner Stefon Diggs, on podcasts.

The new court filing seeks not only penalties for past violations but also an order preventing Tasha K from discussing Cardi B and her family on any platforms going forward. As of now, Tasha K has not issued any public comment regarding these latest allegations or the court filing.
