Ultimately, the judges selected High Voltage as the winner of the Ozzfest Royale, allowing that contestant to advance, while Eggplant was eliminated and unmasked.

The panel’s final guesses for Eggplant were varied: Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg guessed Kevin Cronin, Ken Jeong guessed Rick Springfield (very close), Rita Ora chose Nathan Lane, Robin Thicke went with Kenny Loggins, and Kelly Osbourne guessed Alice Cooper.
