The Emmy Award-winning actress is set to headline five major projects in 2026. The schedule kicks off with The Drama, premiering on April 3. Shortly after, on April 12, the eagerly awaited third season of Euphoria will debut, marking another major moment in her career.
Following these spring releases, Zendaya will take a brief break before starring in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, which is scheduled to hit theaters on July 17. This will be quickly followed by the fourth installment of the Spider-Man franchise, featuring Tom Holland, set for release on July 31.
To round out the year, Zendaya will appear in the third film of the Dune series, scheduled for a December 18 release. This packed slate underscores just how busy 2026 will be for the actress, with a variety of roles showcasing her versatility.
Speaking with Fandango, Zendaya expressed hope that her fans “don’t get sick of me” due to her constant presence in films and television next year. She also jokingly revealed her plan to go into “hiding for just a little bit” once all these projects have been released.
Zendaya said, “I really appreciate everyone who supports any of the movies or supports my career in any kind of way. I’m deeply appreciative, and like I said, I just hope you guys don’t get sick of me this year, because, I’ll tell you what, I’m disappearing for a little bit. I’m going to have to go into hiding for just a little bit.”
While Zendaya plans a brief hiatus following her busy 2026, she will return to the public eye in the summer of 2027 to promote Shrek 5. The animated film, releasing on June 30, will feature her voice as Felicia, Shrek’s daughter. She will join returning stars Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, and Cameron Diaz in this anticipated sequel.
