The upcoming series will explore the dynamics of the De Angelis family, who are struggling to cope after the passing of their matriarch, Beverly, a talented chef. The logline for the show reveals that in typical Beverly fashion, she has devised a way to guide her family from beyond the grave. In order to honor her legacy, the family must learn to stay connected and support one another through the challenges that lie ahead.

Joshua Jackson will portray Cooper, a chef on the brink of launching a significant new business venture. While he presents a confident and charismatic exterior, he harbors a secret that threatens to unravel everything he has worked for. Co-starring alongside Jackson is Ray Romano, who will take on the role of Leo, Beverly's widower and father to Cooper and his four siblings. Leo faces the daunting task of becoming the family's new anchor following his wife's death.

In addition to his iconic role as Pacey Witter in Dawson's Creek, Jackson has an impressive television resume that includes notable series such as Fatal Attraction, Dr. Death, Little Fires Everywhere, The Affair, and Fringe. Most recently, he starred in ABC's Doctor Odyssey, which aired for one season before its cancellation in June 2025.
