The actor shared a photo of himself standing before a wall-sized poster of the movie and congratulated director Ryan Coogler and actor Michael B. Jordan on its box office success. "Congratulations Ryan, Michael, and to the entire cast and crew. Must see in a cinema and stay through the end credits!"

"Sinner" has achieved a Certified Fresh rating of 98 percent from critics and 97 percent from verified audience members on Rotten Tomatoes. Just less than two weeks into its release, the movie has already grossed $168.7 million worldwide and remains the top-grossing film in the U.S. for two consecutive weekends. Impressively, the film's earnings dropped by only six percent from its first to its second week.
In "Sinners", Michael B. Jordan stars alongside Jack O'Connell, Delroy Lindo, Hailee Steinfeld, Miles Caton, and Saul Williams. The plot follows twin brothers as they return to their Mississippi hometown seeking a fresh start, only to face a malevolent threat from vampires.
