The 34-year-old son of basketball icon Michael Jordan was apprehended for driving under the influence (DUI), possession of ketamine, and resisting arrest. This incident occurred after authorities found Jordan's Lamborghini SUV stuck on railroad tracks.

The arrest report paints a troubling picture. Officers noted Jordan exhibited several signs of intoxication, including bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and a strong odor of alcohol.

When confronted, Jordan claimed he had taken a wrong turn, resulting in his vehicle immobilizing on the tracks. The subsequent search revealed a small plastic bag containing a substance later identified as cocaine.

Initially, Jordan entered not guilty pleas to all three charges against him - one felony count of ketamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of DUI with property damage, and resisting an officer without violence. However, recent court filings suggest a significant change in his stance.

Furthermore, Jordan has agreed to waive his right to a speedy trial if granted entry into the program.

This isn't Jordan's first brush with the law. In 2012, he was arrested in Omaha following a dispute outside a hotel, resulting in charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He later pleaded no contest to disturbing the peace and paid a fine.
