In a track "9$IDE x Amethyst," Lanez, currently incarcerated for his involvement in the 2020 shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion, raps about trying to reach out to the Australian rapper, whose real name is Amethyst.
"It be nights I want to talk to Iggy, but she blocked me," Lanez raps, revealing a deep yearning for reconciliation. He continues, "Amethyst, if you ever hear this s***, shorty, call me."
Throughout the album, Lanez reveals a realization of the depth of his feelings for Azalea. "Richest n***a in the prison, ain't no average / F*** a b**** and think I should have stayed with Amethyst," he laments.
