The actress was found dead at her Los Angeles home. The Los Angeles medical examiner's office confirmed that her death was a suicide caused by a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Born Pamela Weissenbach on October 16, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she began her acting career early, performing in plays from the age of nine. Bach moved to Los Angeles to pursue her passion, eventually taking on the stage name Pamela Bach in 1985.

That same year, she appeared on "Knight Rider," where she first met Hasselhoff. The couple married in December 1989 and had two daughters, Taylor and Hayley.

Over the years, Bach appeared on several television shows, including "The Young and the Restless," "Cheers," "The Fall Guy," and "Castle Rock." Despite her professional success, her marriage to Hasselhoff was fraught with difficulties.

In 2006, the couple divorced after a highly publicized split characterized by allegations of domestic violence, which Hasselhoff denied, and child custody battle.

In a statement released on social media, Hasselhoff expressed his grief over Bach's passing, "Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult period but kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time."

A few months before her tragic death, she posted a New Year's Eve message on Instagram expressing her gratitude, especially for her granddaughter, London. "As we step into 2025, my heart is full of gratitude, especially for my precious grandbaby, London. Watching her grow and seeing her smile light up my world is truly the greatest blessing."
