This Grammy win marks Miley's first in the country category, surpassing her father who is famed for his iconic track "Achy Breaky Heart."
Miley, 32, joined the prestigious awards show with her boyfriend Maxx Morando and mother Tish, Billy's ex-wife. On stage, Miley gave a shoutout to Beyoncé while presenting the Grammy for Record of the Year, which was awarded to Kendrick Lamar, humorously adding, "Even if it's not you, Beyoncé, I might just say it is."
