After introducing his wife Sasha to the enthusiastic crowd, the ecstatic DJ proclaimed, "This is a special moment. This is my wife, and we're having a baby!"
To determine the gender of their child, a large cake emblazoned with the Aoki name in pink and blue icing was brought onstage. With all eyes upon him, Aoki dramatically slammed his face into the cake. As blue confetti and smoke erupted around them, a graphic illuminated the stage, revealing, "It's A Boy!!"
The overjoyed couple shared a romantic embrace, with Aoki informing the audience, "We're having a boy!" The American artist of Japanese descent then exclaimed towards the camera, "It's a boy!" while his cake-covered face beamed with delight.
Aoki has worked with renowned artists such as will.i.am, LMFAO, Iggy Azalea, and Lil Jon. He is also the brother of actress and model Devon Aoki.
The 47-year-old DJ was previously married to Tiernan Cowling but amicably separated in 2018. He tied the knot with Sasha in 2024, reportedly after they initially bonded over a misunderstanding regarding his name pronunciation.
