After wrapping up her Eras world tour, Taylor Swift is preparing for a lavish renovation project for her sprawling multimillion-dollar sanctuary in Rhode Island.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift is embarking on a grand renovation of her $17 million Rhode Island mansion in the exclusive Watch Hill neighborhood. According to building permits obtained by UsWeekly, the project includes a $1.7 million overhaul.

The renovations will transform 400 square feet of the estate into an "enlarged bedroom suite and lounge." Swift also plans to add a new bedroom to the main house and remodel the kitchen entirely.

The sprawling estate boasts 11,000 square feet of living space, eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, eight fireplaces, and a wide patio. It features a swimming pool with a pool house and 700 feet of private beachfront set on over five acres of pristine gardens.

This expansion project comes after the singer wrapped up her latest world tour.

Swift purchased the property in 2013 as a vacation home. It has since become a celebrity hotspot, hosting her legendary Independence Day parties with A-list guests like Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and NFL star Patrick Mahomes.

Swift has frequently retreated to the mansion with Travis Kelce and has hosted threw Fourth of July party attended by Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez, and Cara Delevingne. The mansion was once a haven for Swift's ex-boyfriends, including Tom Hiddleston, Calvin Harris, and Joe Alwyn.
