Pageant queen-turned-reality TV stars Nia Sanchez is having yet another member to her growing family with husband Daniel Booko, and they couldn't be more excited - or surprised.

The couple who are already parents to three-year-old Asher and 18-month-old twins Isabelle and Zariah, recently announced that Sanchez is expecting their fourth child.
The news came as a "complete surprise" to the couple, who had initially planned to wait until early 2025 to try for another baby. "This was a little bit earlier than our plan," Sanchez admitted, reflecting on the unexpected but welcome news. The timing has allowed them to embrace the chaos and joy of parenthood, with Booko humorously adding, "I think we're just gonna go for a football team."
During her previous pregnancy with the twins, Sanchez faced a challenging period when she was diagnosed with Twin Anemia Polycythemia Sequence (TAPS). The couple documented this journey through a YouTube vlog, sharing the difficulties and fears they encountered.
Despite the challenges, Isabelle and Zariah were born healthy on Father's Day in 2023, making it an extra special occasion for the family.
The couple has been married since October 2015 and after a long journey to parenthood that took a year and a half to conceive their first child, they feel incredibly blessed by their growing family.
"I grew up in a family of six. I have three siblings, so I'm one of four. So it's gonna be the thing," Booko shared, emphasizing how much he cherishes a large family. "I am best friends with my three other siblings and we talk every day. It was just such a fun, exciting, and wild upbringing."
The new season of "The Valley" will likely capture the excitement and dynamics as the couple adjusts to raising four children under four. Sanchez, who has recently completed her first trimester, is also closely bonded with her co-star Kristen Doute. Both women are navigating the joys and challenges of pregnancy together, further strengthening their friendship.
As they anticipate the arrival of their fourth child, Sanchez and Booko remain in good spirits and are keeping certain elements, such as the gender reveal, as special moments to be decided upon later. "Daniel wants to know and I'm telling him we have to wait and do it in some special way," Sanchez stated, hinting at a possible intimate reveal in the new year.
