AceShowbiz - Betsy Brandt is pulling the plug on her 25-year marriage. The actress, best known for playing Marie Schrader on "Breaking Bad", has filed for divorce from her husband of more than two decades, Grady Olsen.

Per TMZ's report, the actress filed to divorce her husband pro per, without a lawyer like Jennifer Lopez did back in August. She filed the documents on Thursday, December 26, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their split.

Betsy lists the date of separation as August 2023, meaning the divorce is a long time coming as she and her estranged husband have separated for a year before she is making it official. The 51-year-old actress, who shares two children with Grady, wants legal and physical custody of their minor child, a 16-year-old named August. It's unclear if they have a prenup and Betsy notes that they still need to split up their possessions.

As noted on the divorce papers, Betsy and Grady tied the knot in September 1998. Both of the estranged spouses graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). She and her family reside in Los Angeles.

Betsy is known for her main role on AMC's crime drama series "Breaking Bad", where she played Marie, the sister of Walter White's (Bryan Cranston) wife, Skyler White (Anna Gunn). After the series finale in 2013, she reprised her role on the spin-off series "Better Call Saul", which ran for six seasons from 2015 until 2022.

Betsy also flexed her comedy muscles on the sitcom "Life in Pieces" as Heather Hughes, appearing in 79 episodes of the CBS series. On the big screen, she appeared in Steven Soderbergh's film "Magic Mike" (2012) starring Channing Tatum.

Neither Betsy nor Grady has spoken up on their divorce.
