Despite an altercation at his recent birthday party, the 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' star appears to have healed and is in good spirits while enjoying a festive dinner with friends.

AceShowbiz - Hollywood star Jamie Foxx, 57, has stepped out for a holiday dinner with friends, looking festive and healed after a dramatic altercation earlier in December. However, his evening wasn't just about holiday cheer.

The Oscar-winning actor was spotted at Crustacean in Beverly Hills on Christmas Eve, December 24, decked out in a red Gucci sweater featuring skunks, leather pants and black shoes with thick rubber soles. He accessorized his look with two diamond necklaces, exuding his usual charm and style.

Foxx's appearance at Crustacean marks a rapid recovery from an incident at Mr. Chow's in Beverly Hills on December 13, where he reportedly received stitches after a drinking glass was thrown at him during his birthday party. According to TMZ, members of the "Jacka**" crew were behind the incident, using a laser pointer to project inappropriate images at Foxx's table, leading the actor to confront them upstairs. The situation escalated, resulting in a heated exchange and the unfortunate glass-throwing incident.

Although the police have not corroborated the involvement of the "Jacka**" crew and no arrests have been made, the incident has certainly added some drama to Foxx's end-of-year celebrations.

Amidst his busy schedule, Foxx also managed to stir some controversy with remarks in his Netflix special "What Had Happened Was...". In the special, Foxx made a contentious statement regarding his dating preferences, saying, "Sisters, I'm here to tell you, I've been cured. No more white girls." This comment follows a history of publicly dating Caucasian women, including actress Katie Holmes, whom he dated for six years.

Despite the backlash, Foxx humorously addressed these perceptions at the African American Film Critics Association event in March, making light of his dating choices. He remarked, "That's Jamie! You know he love them white b***hes!" while accepting an award, adding a touch of his characteristic humor to the situation.

Looking forward, the "Django Unchained" star has a packed schedule, with upcoming projects like the thriller "Tin Soldier", in which he stars alongside Robert De Niro and Scott Eastwood. Additionally, fans can anticipate his return to the big screen in the spy comedy "Back in Action" with Cameron Diaz, set to release on January 17, 2025.
