AceShowbiz - Kanye West is seemingly forced to spend this year's Christmas alone without his kids. According to a new report, the "Gold Digger" hitmaker and wife Bianca Censori will likely spend the holiday season in Japan, away from his four children with ex Kim Kardashian, amid his legal drama.

Ye has been staying in a hotel in Tokyo for weeks while working on his new album. The U.S. Sun claims that one of his former staffers who sued the rapper is struggling to locate him with Bianca returning to the states alone this week.

An insider additionally notes to the news outlet that the Yeezy designer also hasn't moved into his newly-purchased $35 million home in Beverly Hills. "There are cars at the Beverly Hills home, but they have not moved in and he still hasn't been to Los Angeles," says the source.

"He has a lot of people waiting to serve him legal papers so he may stay over in Japan for Christmas, although he hasn't seen his children for weeks," the insider adds. "The kids were with him in Japan in September but I don't believe they've seen him since."

According to the informant, Ye "has been locked in his hotel room mostly in Tokyo working on his album, Bully, so he may decide to continue being in the zone over Christmas and the New Year. If he does come home, he'll have process servers delivering unwanted Christmas presents."

Among Ye's former workers who sued him is Lauren Pisciotta. Lauren, who used to work as the star's assistant, first filed the complaint in June before she added more allegations.

In her lawsuit, the 36-year-old accused Ye of wrongful termination and assaulty. She claimed that Ye raped her after her drink was spiked at Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' party. Ye, however, denied all her accusations and called them "baseless."
