According to Tyrese, the music group, which consists of himself, Ginuwine and Tank, are planning to release new music that will mark their first album in 11 years.

AceShowbiz - Tyrese Gibson may have put smiles on TGT fans' faces with his recent announcement. The "How You Gonna Act Like That" singer revealed that the music group plans to release its new music.
On Monday, December 16, the 45-year-old singer/actor spilled that TGT has new music coming soon. Speaking to The U.S. Sun, he said, "Yeah, we're about to drop a song, we got a little something that's about to happen."
During the chat, Tyrese also received a question if TGT's U.K. fans are "wilder" than their U.S. fans. In response, he stated, "The answer is yes and I'll tell you why, we're not from there, right?"
Tyrese explained, "So when you have artists that you grew up on physically on stage in front of you it's like the most exciting thing ever and it would be that way for me too. If I'm now in the presence of someone that I grew up on and they're physically right there, that would be crazy."
The "What Am I Gonna Do" singer went on to share one of the things he likes about the fans. He said, "I always love when the fans rush up on stage thinking that they're going to get to us, and security has to rush out, that's always fun."
TGT's new music will be their first album in 11 years. The last time the group, which consists of three R&B singers namely Tyrese, Ginuwine (Elgin Baylor Lumpkin) and Tank (Durrell Babbs), released an album was in 2013. At that time, they launched their first studio album "Three Kings" through Atlantic Records.
The record consists of seventeen tracks, including "No Fun" that features Problem, "Tearing It Down", "Lessons In Love", "Next Time Around" and "Take It Wrong". The album was successful, making its debut at number three on the Billboard 200 chart with first-week sales of 76,000 copies in the United States.
