AceShowbiz - On Wednesday night, December 11, Donald Trump Jr. and socialite Bettina Anderson made their public debut as a couple at Mar-a-Lago, President-elect Donald Trump's private Palm Beach, Fla., club. The sighting came a day after Page Six reported that Don Jr. and his fiancee Kimberly Guilfoyle had split.
A source told Page Six that Don Jr., 46, and Anderson, 38, "paraded their love for all to see" at Mar-a-Lago. The couple was seen mingling with guests and sitting on a stage in a VIP area.
President-elect Trump reportedly noticed the pair before leaving for a morning appearance in New York City.
Anderson, a Palm Beach native, is the daughter of former Worth Avenue National Bank president Harry Loy Anderson and mother Inger, a close friend of famed photographer Slim Aarons. Anderson co-founded The Paradise Fund, a local charity, and is known for her glamorous lifestyle and social connections.
Sources have confirmed that the relationship has been going on for several months. Don Jr. has been spotted with Anderson at local hotspots and even spent nights at her West Palm Beach townhouse.
Meanwhile, Guilfoyle has been named the U.S. ambassador to Greece. She was previously a Fox News host and a vocal supporter of President-elect Trump.
The split between Don Jr. and Guilfoyle has been rumored for months, with sources citing arguments and a lack of compatibility. The timing of the breakup and Anderson's public appearances with Don Jr. have raised questions about the nature of the relationship.
However, sources close to Guilfoyle say she is "not happy" about the split and did not want the relationship to end.
