Shortly after welcoming her first child, Jack Blues Bieber, with husband Justin Bieber, Hailey attended a dinner date with Kylie at Il Segreto Ristorante in Bel-Air. Hailey exuded a relaxed and content demeanor as she enjoyed the evening with her longtime friend.
