Of the mom of one, an insider tells In Touch, "Hailey has incredible business acumen and a real eye for trends." The source continues, "She's also Justin's No. 1 fan and genuinely believes he's the best artist in the world. When Justin is down on himself, her support does wonders for his confidence."

It's also said that the Rhode Beauty founder genuinely "believes the sky is the limit" for the "Sorry" hitmaker. She allegedly aspires to be the Jay-Z for Justin's Beyonce Knowles by having an "instrumental" role in his career by "guiding" his career and hyping him up.

The source continues, "That's the sort of strategic role that Hailey can take on for Justin. She's very tapped into social media and just has a natural instinct about what is next. Plus, she's got her finger on the pulse of his fans and what they want from him, which is invaluable when it comes to marketing."

Hailey is also "very protective" of Justin as he was "pretty vulnerable in the past" due to his "genuine" personality, the insider adds. That made the 28-year-old catwalk beauty, who welcomed their first child together - baby Jack Blues Bieber - in August, become "naturally more suspicious of people and isn't going to let anyone take advantage of him."

Recently, Hailey made headlines for blasting Billboard for putting Justin in the 8th position of its list of the "Greatest Popstars of the 21st Century. "Billboard is a f**king joke per usual," she wrote in an Instagram comment last month, seemingly thinking that the "Peaches" star deserves a higher ranking in the list, which saw Beyonce at the top position.
