While being processed at Marinette County Jail, a more thorough search revealed Chelsea was hiding a prescription pill bottle containing various illegal substances, including methamphetamine and hydrocodone.

As a result, Chelsea now faces five new charges, three of which are felonies: two counts of methamphetamine possession and one count of narcotic drug possession. She is also charged with misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and resisting an officer. Despite recent bail conditions requiring her to maintain sobriety, Chelsea's ongoing struggles with addiction have led to her current situation.

In a statement, Rosie expressed the family's hope that Chelsea would achieve sobriety, acknowledging her decade-long battle with addiction. Chelsea's legal woes began on September 10 when she was arrested for child neglect and drug possession, among other charges.
