After making an appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live', the 'Mean Girls' actress is showered with praise for her radiant appearance allegedly from a plastic surgery.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan has left many fans drooling with her stunning look. The "Mean Girls" actress was showered with praise for her beauty after social media users noticed her radiant appearance in a recent TV appearance.
On Wednesday, November 20, the actress offered social media users a glimpse of her appearance on "Watch What Happens Live". Making use of her Instagram page, she treated her followers to a photo of herself with Lacey Chabert, who also appeared on the TV show.
In the never-before-seen picture, it could be seen that Lindsay was striking a pose and standing next to Lacey. Lindsay flashed her big smile at the camera, placed one of her hands on her waist and put the other behind Lacey's back.
Lindsay, who had natural makeup on, opted to wear a black mini dress that came with a high neck design. The sleeveless clothing piece also featured a cut-out on the wearer's chest, allowing her to expose her cleavage. She also rocked a pair of sheer black tights.
Lindsay completed the look with a pair of black boots, which were high enough to reach just below her knees. The glossy shoes also had high heels. She accessorized herself with a pair of simple earrings, some rings and a stack of bracelets. In addition, she styled her long blonde hair in loose waves and parted it to the side.
Aside from Lindsay, the official Instagram account of "Watch What Happens Live" uploaded a short video from the episode featuring the actress. In the clip, she was documented answering a question about her movie career from host Andy Cohen.
After the photo and video were posted, Instagram users noticed Lindsay's radiant look. In the comments sections, one in particular argued, "Plastic surgeon did an excellent job," seemingly accusing her of going under the knife for the stunning look.
Another gushed, "She looks great. She doesn't look like Lindsay Lohan but great nonetheless." A third exclaimed, "I want whatever she's been doing to her face. She looks AMAZING." A fourth marveled, "Now that's one hell of a glow-up and a COME BACK."
