AceShowbiz - Former "Dancing with the Stars" professional Artem Chigvintsev and reality star Nikki Bella have officially ended their legal battle, having their restraining orders against each other dismissed and their divorce finalized.

According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the pair reached an agreement following a mediation on November 8. The stipulation and order for dismissal of temporary restraining orders was filed in Napa County court on November 19.

The temporary restraining orders issued to Bella on September 30 and Chigvintsev on October 3 have been terminated. A two-day hearing scheduled for December 5 was canceled as a result.

The estranged couple, who share a four-year-old son named Matteo, attended a mediation on November 8, resulting in "memorializing a global settlement of all issues in this Dissolution of Marriage action."

While the restraining orders have been lifted, custody orders issued on October 15 remain in full force, granting both parents joint custody of Matteo.

The legal drama began after Chigvintsev's arrest for alleged domestic violence on August 29. Prosecutors later declined to pursue charges, but the incident triggered further legal disputes, including Bella's unsuccessful request for sole custody of their son.

Chigvintsev has repeatedly denied Bella's allegations of abuse, filing court documents that claimed she fabricated the claims to protect her career. He also accused Bella of "anger issues" and "abusing" him.
