Upon catching wind of Kim's post on X, formerly known as Twitter, some Internet users quickly slammed the beauty for mogul for her connection with Elon Musk, the owner of Tesla and a vocal Trump supporter. "This is the covert Trump administration endorsement," one user commented.

Echoing the sentiment, one other said, "The subtle but not so subtle Trump alignment bc lol to watch u might as well just say it atp Kimmy." In her video, Kim dubbed the Tesla Optimus Robot her "new friend." She looked extremely thrilled by the robot as she formed a heart gesture with the robot, which is expected to cost between $20,000 and $30,000 when it's available to the public. "You're so cute!" the "American Horror Story: Delicate" actress exclaimed.

The post, on the other hand, came after it was reported that Kim and Elon were planning to go on a date. According to a source, the owner of X first reached out to "The Kardashians" star via the micro blogging platform. The 53-year-old businessman allegedly slid into the mom of four's Twitter DMs a few months ago and started a flirty conversation.

"It was just some flirty messages. Kim was [intrigued] by the messages, and she allowed the conversation to progress," an alleged pal of Kim tells the site. Elon eventually mustered the courage to ask her out for a date and the SKIMS founder agreed to meet him. Details regarding place and time are currently unknown.
