AceShowbiz - After their marriage in October 1013, Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose's honeymoon period only lasted for several months before he filed for divorce in May of this year. The former couple cited inappropriate marital conduct as the reason for divorce and the country music star asked the court to grant him an annulment, claiming their marriage was obtained by fraud.

The 63-year-old singer also accused Firerose of physical, verbal and emotional abuse, and isolating him from his family. Firerose, on the other hand, claimed that Miley Cyrus' father subjected her to "systematic isolation" during their marriage, an allegation which he denied. Their bitter divorce eventually concluded in August when it was finalized, but Firerose received no financial settlement.
