According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Foster initiated the divorce proceedings in Nashville, where the former couple resided with their two children, a 7-year-old daughter named Ella and a 4-year-old son whose name begins with the letter "A."
Foster requested the court to divide their marital assets and debts equally based on their 2018 prenuptial agreement. He also sought custody arrangements for their children through a "Marital Dissolution Agreement and an Agreed Parenting Plan."
Sources reported that Foster currently resides in Los Angeles. The couple initially met in 2016 through Prepon's former "That '70s Show" co-star Danny Masterson and went public with their romance that summer. They announced their engagement that October.
Prepon's first pregnancy was revealed in January 2017, and in June of that year, she confirmed they were expecting a baby girl. The couple married in June 2018 and welcomed their second child, a son, in February 2020.
In addition to the court documents obtained by Page Six, People reported that Foster filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences" and requested the enforcement of their prenuptial agreement. The couple asked for their own legal fees and equal division of court expenses.
