The multi-talented singer and host is set to return to the iconic New York City location on Wednesday, December 4, from 8-10 P.M. ET for the special, which will feature festive performances and the highly anticipated tree-lighting ceremony.
Clarkson expressed her excitement for the upcoming event, saying, "The city is so magical during the holidays, and I love being a part of this iconic tradition." She previously hosted the special in 2021, describing the experience as "beautiful" and "emotional."
As host, she will not only lead the festivities but also perform holiday classics and originals from her two Christmas albums, "Wrapped in Red" and "When Christmas Comes Around..." Performers and additional details will be announced in the near future.
The 2024 Christmas in Rockefeller Center tree hails from West Stockbridge, Massachusetts, becoming the first tree to represent the state since 1959. The tradition of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree dates back to 1931 and has been televised by NBC since 1951.
Christmas in Rockefeller Center will air live on NBC and stream on Peacock.
