AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez's boyfriend has had the last laugh on talks about her viral sexy dance video with Edgar Ramirez. After the video sparked criticism, Benny Blanco couldn't help but poke fun at it by recreating the much-talked about clip.
On Wednesday, October 23, Selena herself took to her Instagram Story to share the hilarious clip featuring Benny and Edgar. In the new video, the record producer filled her spot, standing in front of Edgar as they danced to Sabrina Carpenter's "Bed Chem".
The recipient of the 2013 Hal David Starlight Award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame even pulled Edgar's hands around his chest to copy the actor's gesture during his dance with Selena. Showing their playful side, both of the guys laughed at themselves at the end of the clip.
Prior to sharing the video, Selena showed that there's no drama between her, Benny and Edgar by posing together at the premiere of her new movie "Emilia Perez", which also stars Edgar, in Los Angeles on Monday, October 21. The video of Benny and Edgar recreating the viral clip was seemingly taken at the same event as they were seen wearing the same black outfits.
Speculation arose about the nature of Selena's relationship with Edgar after the duo were seen dancing close to each other at Sabrina's "Short n' Sweet Tour" concert on September 29. In the original clip, the 32-year-old actress and the 47-year-old actor were enjoying the show with a group of friends.
At one point, Edgar came closer to Selena and hugged her from behind as she kept dancing before she separated herself from him and moved to the other side. It was far from being flirty though, as the Venezuelan actor was also seen dancing with another female friend.
That, however, didn't stop the speculation about Selena's relationship with Edgar due to their intimate dance. Apparently catching wind of the backlash, the "Wolves" singer responded by captioning the video, "Omg how dare I dance with my bestie."
