AceShowbiz - Denise Richards seemingly has no intention to respond to a recent criticism. The former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" appeared unfazed after PETA called her out over "extreme" treatment involving animals.
On Thursday, October 17, the 53-year-old reality TV star offered social media users a glimpse of her recent activity. In her new joint post on Instagram, she treated her followers to a video from her appearance on "Watch What Happens Live".
In the short clip, it could be seen that Denise looked in a good mood when she entered the studio of the TV show. She brushed shoulders with host Andy Cohen and some fellow guests. She also embraced them one by one while flashing her radiant big smile.
For the filming of the TV program, Denise opted to wear a figure-hugging dark-colored bodysuit that came with a plunging neckline, allowing its wearer to show off her cleavage. She looked stunning with her makeup and wavy long blonde hair.
The footage came after Denise was called out by PETA for undergoing a facial that involved animals. On October 14, Dr. Robert G. Dorfman took to Instagram to share a video from Denise's appointment with him. At that time, she underwent a salmon DNA treatment. While it looked painful, she seemingly enjoyed the process in order to get her youthful appearance.
Along with the video, Dr. Robert wrote in the caption of the post, "Customized facial balancing with the stunning @deniserichards at Done by Dorfman, trying our signature salmon DNA treatment layered with a clear and brilliant laser and daxxify on her forehead and neck for beautiful, glowing skin #donebydorfman #aesthetics #beverlyhills #salmondna #rejuranhealer #clearandbrilliant."
It did not take long for the post to be flooded with online responses. While some Instagram users appeared to be interested in finding out more about the treatment, the animal rights nonprofit organization criticized Denise.
It wrote in the comments section, "Every animal is someone. Someone who values their life... someone with a family. There are so many vegan treatments available without spreading an animal on your face. That'll be a glow worth posting about!"
