AceShowbiz - Josh Hall allegedly does not want Christina Hall to sell her house. It has been reported that Josh is trying to stop the "Christina on the Coast" host, formerly known as Christina El Moussa, from selling her mansion in Tennessee amid their divorce.

On Thursday, October 10, Daily Mail obtained a new divorce filing that was submitted to court by Josh. In the legal documents, he "filed a temporary emergency order to stop the sale" of her farmhouse in Franklin, which is also known as Parker Branch.

Josh claimed that "he offered Christina a global settlement offer but then she proceeded to list it." He further insisted that he is "suffering prejudice" since "his living expenses will increase" after relocating from the farmhouse.

In the same legal papers, Josh said that Christina put the farmhouse on sale without his consent and a court order. Though she purchased the property prior to their marriage, he claimed that "the community maintains an appreciation interest due to the paydown of the mortgage during marriage." He added, "A premature sale may result in prejudice to me as property values continue to rise in Tennessee, which continues to grow in population."

Christina has listed the 5,000-square-foot, 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom farmhouse for $4.5 million. The home, which she purchased for $2.5 million in February 2021, has served as the setting for her reality show, "Christina in the Country". According to court documents, she is the sole owner of the property. A temporary legal agreement between her and Josh showed that he had permission to use the residence.

Recently, Christina shared her feelings about selling the farmhouse. Making use of her social media page, she admitted that it was "bittersweet" to put the property on sale. On the reason why, she wrote, "This was an amazing home."
